{"id":285,"date":"2017-09-07T13:26:03","date_gmt":"2017-09-07T13:26:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lexinvestspain.com\/?p=285"},"modified":"2017-09-19T07:39:21","modified_gmt":"2017-09-19T07:39:21","slug":"visados-residencia-emprendedores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lexinvestspain.com\/es\/visados-residencia-emprendedores\/","title":{"rendered":"VISADOS DE RESIDENCIA PARA EMPRENDEDORES EXTRANJEROS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Desde que se aprob\u00f3 en Espa\u00f1a la Ley de Emprendedores en 2015, ha habido un aumento progresivo de tramitaciones de visados de residencia para atraer cultura emprendedora, inversi\u00f3n y talento.<\/p>\n<p>Dicha normativa preve determinados supuestos con la finalidad de facilitar y agilizar la concesi\u00f3n de visados y autorizaciones de trabajo y residencia, en distintas categor\u00edas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Emprendedores: visado de un a\u00f1o de estancia en Espa\u00f1a con la \u00fanica finalidad de realizar los tr\u00e1mites previos para emprender en el pa\u00eds, siempre que sean actividades innovadoras con especial inter\u00e9s econ\u00f3mico para Espa\u00f1a.<\/li>\n<li>Profesionales altamente cualificados: directivos de sectores estrat\u00e9gicos, graduados y posgraduados.<\/li>\n<li>Inversores: inversi\u00f3n inicial igual o superior a 2 millones de euros en deuda p\u00fablica espa\u00f1ola, o de 1 mill\u00f3n de euros en acciones de sociedades espa\u00f1olas o dep\u00f3sitos de dinero en bancos espa\u00f1oles.<\/li>\n<li>Inmuebles: compra de inmuebles en Espa\u00f1a con una inversi\u00f3n m\u00ednima de 500.000 euros por cada solicitante.<\/li>\n<li>Traslados intraempresa: desplazamiento de trabajadores extranjeros a Espa\u00f1a en el marco de una relaci\u00f3n laboral.<\/li>\n<li>Formaci\u00f3n I+D+I: para actividades de investigaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica o privada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Las autorizaciones y visados pueden tramitarse conjuntamente para c\u00f3nyuge e hijos si se desea.<br \/>\n Si necesitas m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n al respecto puedes contactar con Lexinvest y te ayudaremos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Desde que se aprob\u00f3 en Espa\u00f1a la Ley de Emprendedores en 2015, ha habido un aumento progresivo de tramitaciones de visados de residencia para atraer cultura emprendedora, inversi\u00f3n y talento.
